Maybe when this is out of beta later this year it will support everything but right now, Excel is using 190% of my CPU power (aka 2 CPUs) which is an increase from the 1 CPU it supported in 2011 but I have 4 physical cores and 4 virtual cores and I was hoping for some relief.

As Paul says, it truly is faster to boot into Parallels and use Excel there. I’m working with a 99.5 megabyte Excel file right now and my 2 cores are maxed out trying to process a simple filter command. It’s insane.
