Taken from the cellar at 62 Degrees F and poured into a wine flute.

A – Wow. It is a Flanders Style Red so it poured a very murky plum brown with hints of red and violet. It’s a very gorgeous beer. Reminds me of a vintage Rodenbach Grand Cru. 2 Fingers of light brown head dissipates instantly to nothing.

S – Smells very nice. Up front, sweet ripe boiled cherries and heavy toasted oak. Very musty plum and tobacco scent and is almost exactly like a Rodenbach Grand Cru.

T – Once again. Rodenbach Clone? It’s very much a dilato flanders red ale. I get Cherries, Strawberries and sour grapes or dried grape skins.
