Actually, I was so excited I accidentally bought two copies. Next person to visit my cabin to enjoy some beers will get the 2nd copy of it. I’m on chapter 2 and have already learned so much. It’s an incredible book and, if you are a home brewer and also LOVE wild beers, you will find this book interesting for a few reasons. First, the style descriptions are excellent and help me rate beer better. There’s also a huge section on the history of these excellent tasting beers. Then, you learn how to brew your own. I doubt any of my future attempts will be any good but reading this book 2-3 times will help me on the journey. So far, Jeff has done a great job.

Buy it on Amazon.

Last week, I picked up a new book.
