His post reminded me of a working draft I started awhile back called \u201cNew rules for blogging.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Love it. More rules on blogging. I\u2019d do my own but then I\u2019d just break them but these are very inspirational and I\u2019d say the past 4 weeks has been awesome. There are a lot of writers out there coming back to blogging. I admit long-form pieces haven\u2019t been my strong-suit lately but I keep my 2 blogs alive nevertheless.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone can join WordPress.com Or Medium and write something down. I think in 2015, I\u2019m finally going to redesign my entire site with a full overhaul. Remove over-design, remove a lot of static buttons and images and simplify the space into two inter-linked sites that focus on text and perhaps one where I post a photo every day in a very high resolution (1600&#215;1200 minimum). It\u2019ll take some money but well worth the endeavor.<\/p>\n<p>I shouldn\u2019t blame my unhappiness on this blog\u2019s design issues for my lackluster writing schedule but I\u2019m just not happy with it.
