A few weeks ago, I made some pickled eggs. These have 2 more weeks before they’re ready to eat. Tonight, I expanded the canning \/ pickling experiment by doing a mix of Cucumbers, Okra and Wax beans each canned with a mix of Mustard Seed and Jalape\u00f1o peppers.
