While he is known for his home-brewed blended Oude Gueuze and other Lambiek creations, collaborating with a licensed brewery is good because it allows people to actually rate the beers on RateBeer. Thank you for sharing this so kindly! Split 4 ways at room temperature. no gush! yes!<\/p>\n<p>A &#8211; A bit hazy. Dark orange brown. 2 finger head. Off white head. Great Cork pop! Thought it would gush but no.<\/p>\n<p>S &#8211; Aroma is very cheesy and musty. Good lemon tart pastrie aroma and some acetic acid.<\/p>\n<p>T &#8211; Cheese and lemon cake persist. Little bit of metal but not much along with a little popcorn finish. Very well blended.
