Enjoyed @ Fridge temp and allowed to warm in 2 stemmed HF Glasses<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>A &#8211; Pitch black, oily and dense with a 1 finger espresso head that faded quickly.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>S &#8211; Smells tart, grape must, lemon, funk, leather and ropey. I smells some of the base components. Charcoal, cocoa, fudge.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>T &#8211; Good actually. You get a lot of dark porters, roasted espresso, chocolate, with some light balsamic, orange peel, lime and funk.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>M &#8211; decent mouthfeel. not explosive on the carb, finish is light with a lingering hop bitterness, cheese and cocoa<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>O &#8211; I like this a lot more than I expected. The description reads to me &#8220;a bunch of our porters and a brown ale in a wine barrel with wild yeast&#8221; but honestly this came together really nice. I\u2019d drink this one fresh and not hold on to it.
