Acquired in a trade. Stuck it in the fridge and then poured into a Hill Farmstead Glass.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A – SRM of 6-7. half a finger head quickly subsided to just a minor lacing of offwhite bubbles.\u00a0<\/p>\n

S – Big grapefruit and pine. Lots of fantastic hop resin. Hints of honey and grass.\u00a0<\/p>\n

T – Wow. Super sweetness. Like drinking syrup infused with hop oils. Really tasty. Nice pine and grass notes, more of the citrus bits. Just a small bit of cinnamon taste on the back of the tongue.\u00a0<\/p>\n

M – Nice and clean, super drinkable, 90\/10 carbonation on the mouth swish. Wow.\u00a0<\/p>\n

O – This beer rocks. It\u2019s no Pliny or Heady Topper but it\u2019s great and one I\u2019d LOVE to have again.\u00a0<\/p><\/div>\n
