It only has a few RateBeer ratings and the place is legit but I believe it\u2019s operated out of someone\u2019s house or something like that. There\u2019s very little info online and it comes in a Grolsch Swing-top bottle. The beer itself..amazing. This is a great beer so if you can find a bottle, go after it.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div title=\"4.3 out of 5.0\"><strong>4.3<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0<small>\u00a0AROMA\u00a0<\/small><big>7\/10<\/big>\u00a0\u00a0<small>\u00a0APPEARANCE\u00a0<\/small><big>5\/5<\/big>\u00a0\u00a0<small>\u00a0TASTE\u00a0<\/small><big>9\/10<\/big>\u00a0\u00a0<small>\u00a0PALATE\u00a0<\/small><big>4\/5<\/big>\u00a0\u00a0<small>\u00a0OVERALL\u00a0<\/small><big>18\/20<\/big><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>500ML Swingtop bottle shared by Martinus at ACBF. I\u2019m so thrilled to have tried this one! So little ratings and yet a Gueuze. YES!A &#8211; pale yellow, 1 finger head some nice head but fades slowly. Looks more like unblended Lambiek than Gueuze.<\/p>\n<p>S &#8211; aroma is great., lemon, lime, sourdough bread and some hard boiled eggs. Eggs being the only negative but it\u2019s not a bad aroma.<\/p>\n<p>T &#8211; Taste is nice. it is a little sweet, some sulfur. Very yeasty, has a lot of mineral water, lemon zest.<\/p>\n<p>M &#8211; really great mouthfeel. has a nice citrus explosion. funk is toned down and acidity is also very low.<\/p>\n<p>O &#8211; Well, this is a special beer. I\u2019m happy to have had it. So good!
