P\u00e9ch\u00e9 Mortel Celebration. Most bars had 3-5 variants on tap with 7 being available at the brewpub. To avoid the crowds in Montreal, we opted to hit Quebec City. This is a fantastic beer that I\u2019ve only had in bottles so it was really great to have draft kegs among happy Canadians and some great poutine.<\/p>\n<p>The Tap List was:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dieu du Ciel P\u00e9ch\u00e9 Mortel 2014 Regular<\/li>\n<li>Dieu du Ciel P\u00e9ch\u00e9 Mortel\u00a0\u00c9dition Sp\u00e9ciale 2015<\/li>\n<li>Dieu du Ciel P\u00e9ch\u00e9 V\u00e9niel<\/li>\n<li>Dieu du Ciel P\u00e9ch\u00e9 Mortel en F\u00fbt de Bourbon Am\u00e9ricain (2011 Vintage)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Bourbon 2011 stole the show with Speciale 2015 being a close 2nd. Veniel was a 6% ABV drier version of Peche and was less sweet and too roasty for my liking.
