I’ve started the process of moving beers off-site. A friend about 15 miles from here has a farmhouse built in the 1850s with a rock basement, dirt floors and zero flooding with decent humidity. It keeps 45-55 year-round and is pitch black so I have a palette on the floor with lambic boxes for bottles I don’t plan on opening for 5-10 years. I’ll continue moving things off-site this year of pretty much any beers I buy in Belgium (2 trips planned with stopovers in France, Denmark and Sweden).

The fisheye lens came in handy for the shots of my sour-room where the temp keeps @ 50F and the door is locked and it’s quite insulated. The rest of my basement is 55-65 depending on the time of year.

I always get people who meet me in public mentioning two things. That I drink a lot of Hill Farmstead and I have a lot of beers in the cellar. Both are true so here are the once a year cellar photos:

Ice Cider, Mead, BCS, Bruery and smaller format HF beers.
