It\u2019s better than I remember but not great. What\u2019s weird about this beer is the De Troch Chapeau series comprises mostly of back sweetened sugared lambic. However, this bottle says Oude Gueuze on the label which means it can\u2019t be sweetened and must consist of a blend of young and old lambic among other rules. Nose is very acidic, very sweet, almost foot smelling. Thick heavy, orange forward, very sour with a lot of sweetness at the end. almost no body, very little carbonation.
