Stored upright for about 6 weeks. Split the 750 5-ways which was a mistake<\/p>\n<p>A &#8211; Really nice golden clarity, fluffy head that faded semi-quick to a light thin ring.<\/p>\n<p>S &#8211; t. Lots of spice and peppercorn and Indian food spice with mushrooms Brett. Very interesting.<\/p>\n<p>T &#8211; Loads of rose petal floral tastes. Spicy up front, honey and lime finish. Oily and coats the tongue with a fleeting lime only remainder when it\u2019s gone. I get a little bit of apple and persimmon.<\/p>\n<p>M &#8211; Nice dry mouthfeel at the finish but not as crisp as I was hoping. A bit too oily<\/p>\n<p>O &#8211; This is still a fantastic saison! Really clean, lovely enjoyable.
