Picked up this bottle a few days ago. stored at 45F in the fridge upright. Enjoyed in stemware split 2 ways, fireside.A – Clarify is going to increase with this one…it needs to sit upright longer. Minor yellow appearance, hints of clouds, 2 finger sticky head.<\/p>\n

S – Nose is nice. Very floral, hibiscus or elderflower. A little peppery with a nice sweet honey & oak.<\/p>\n

T – Great taste. Thin at first but a great sweet, wheat forward oaky nice explosion of flavors. Finish is tart. I can see this one improving.<\/p>\n

M – Dry and chewy mouthfeel<\/p>\n

O – This is a great beer. I don\u2019t know why I\u2019m getting lemon\/lime tastes but it\u2019s a good beer. I am certain this will improve with time. Delicious now.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
