Picked this up at the local Co-Op. I\u2019ve heard mixed reviews. Put it in the fridge for a few days and poured into an Ommegang glass.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A – 2-Finger crystal white head. Great creamy look with lacing. I\u2019m drinking so many saisons lately that this “light gold” description is getting pretty old but that\u2019s pretty much it. Light gold.\u00a0<\/p>\n

S – Lots of spicy peppers, grapefruit and tangerines.\u00a0<\/p>\n

T – Champagne yeast, lots of spice, funky and wild fermentation taste and honey and birch wood.\u00a0<\/p>\n

M – 20\/80 carbonation on mouth swish. Dry finish.\u00a0<\/p>\n

O – Decent. I\u2019s not a great Saison but it\u2019s pretty good.
