This is the 2011 Bottling. Interesting 2011 is an 18\/20 blend and the 2012 is full 20 years. Should have done these side by side but oh well.A – Pours pitch black. Not thick but certainly very dark in the glass. a tiny nitro looking head forms and fades fast.<\/p>\n

S – Lots of raisin, fig, and chocolate notes. Sadly a bit of soy sauce as well.<\/p>\n

T – Taste is nice. Still yes, lots of soy sauce but there\u2019s a nice hot chocolate with marshmallow taste, dark fruits, nice vanilla presence and a whole ton of oak just oaky from start to finish. I get a minor coconut as well.<\/p>\n

M – Oily and thin.<\/p>\n

O – Not a bad beer. Probably should have opened this up a year ago. Still very good.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
