Bottling. Interesting 2011 is an 18\/20 blend and the 2012 is full 20 years. Should have done these side by side but oh well.A &#8211; Pours pitch black. Not thick but certainly very dark in the glass. a tiny nitro looking head forms and fades fast.<\/p>\n<p>S &#8211; Lots of raisin, fig, and chocolate notes. Sadly a bit of soy sauce as well.<\/p>\n<p>T &#8211; Taste is nice. Still yes, lots of soy sauce but there\u2019s a nice hot chocolate with marshmallow taste, dark fruits, nice vanilla presence and a whole ton of oak just oaky from start to finish. I get a minor coconut as well.<\/p>\n<p>M &#8211; Oily and thin.<\/p>\n<p>O &#8211; Not a bad beer. Probably should have opened this up a year ago.
