Really clean, interesting profile and I was thirsty for more. It\u2019s a shame the TH bottle releases are so tiny as in usually 1 barrel worth and sell out quickly. Thanks Tooch! No idea why mine is totally covered in red wax but whatever.A &#8211; Pours a reddish amber brown out of the bottle. almost pitch black in the glass. Mild carbonation forms and resides.<\/p>\n<p>S &#8211; Nose is pretty interesting. Obviously sour fruits dominate. Lots of oak. Biscuit and cinnamon notes and vanilla bean. Acidity that levels on fresh espresso.<\/p>\n<p>T &#8211; The whiskey comes through very strong in taste. This is quite nice! It\u2019s sweet, dry and cloying all at once. Lovely tart blackberry \/ cherry mix. The whiskey is solid leaving behind wood, vanilla and cereal. The fruit &amp; whiskey is blended in no way I\u2019ve ever had before. Really solid beer.<\/p>\n<p>M &#8211; Silky smooth with coffee &amp; berry acidity throughout.
