<\/small>From the OnceMade project…these were bottled a year ago so I guess it\u2019s safe to open. Enjoyed at fridge temp in stemware.<\/p>\n

A – 1 finge head, fairly resilient. Flemish red appearance with lots of burnt red, hazy, etc.<\/p>\n

S – Slight vinegar notes, floral with fruitiness. Hard to pinpoint any one nose aspect.<\/p>\n

T – Very acetic almost like a mix of lemon juice, oranges, copper pennies and flemish rodenbach yeast. Extremely tannic<\/p>\n

M – Dry, sour, full bodied. very interesting.<\/p>\n

O – This beer also falls short of great. It\u2019s okay but not something I\u2019d seek out.<\/p>\n

<\/small>750ML as a part of the once-made project. Split 2 ways at fridge temp in a stemmed glass.<\/p>\n

A – Champagne like orange color with a 2 finger creamy head.<\/p>\n

S – Smells pretty nice. Sort of a weak juicy juice with berries.<\/p>\n

T – Mild tartness, some brett funkiness with some fake juiciness like corn syrup? Brandy certainly at the finish brandy \/ rum but comes across as more medicinal than expected<\/p>\n

M – Nice mouthfeel, obviously bottle conditioned.<\/p>\n

O – Not a favorite. the flavor description is accurate but it comes out far worse than I would have liked.<\/p>\n
