You&#8217;re going to have your cup of coffee, throw on some clothes and hop in the car to head to work or school or both. Try hot tea instead, switch out those empty carbs for an egg and cheese or oatmeal. Say I love you to your significant other or text your parents with a similar note.<\/p>\n<p>The moment you enter the room where you&#8217;ll spend the next 8 hours, get a glass of water, clear your head and get busy. It&#8217;s Monday. Let&#8217;s celebrate our great weekend and the ability to make a difference at our jobs. Just celebrate.<\/p>\n<p>Happy Monday.
