Time is limited right now but they will have had the car all of February and all of March so I think that\u2019s good enough for free storage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The only thing that would change my flight down is a snow storm between 3\/20-4\/5 that didn\u2019t end in rain after since I want the car to have never seen road-salt so I think 4\/5 is pushing it for the last bit of the drive north but looking at the forecast, it\u2019s going to be in the 50s all next week which is essentially \u201cfake spring\u201d in New Hampshire. However, we could get lucky and get 10-15\u201d of snow through end of March and then 4\/5 isn\u2019t crazy at least for getting the car up here then I can just park it until the roads are not only clear but also straight again since we have frost heaves up here that make driving a lowered car on 20\u201d wheels not only uncomfortable but so bad that you could bend a wheel <a href=\"https:\/\/adamchandler.me\/blog\/2016\/03\/15\/my-car-cracked-oil-pan-due-to-new-hampshire-frost-heaves\/\">or crack an oil pan which was very well documented on this blog.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The final step will be to have them put an APR Stage 1+ tune on it and I\u2019ll fly down with some tools and 5 spark plugs to replace those before I drive north since APR recommends plugs that are a step or two colder than factory. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m excited to get the car home. My house will be done at some point in April and I should be able to move in early May. That\u2019s 2 more full months of work on the house which feels good pending any sub-contractors holding us up.
