Picked this up for takewaway at Rattle n\u2019 Hum in NYC in July \u201912. Enjoyed in a wine glass at 55FA – Poured a very dark amber, appears to be unfiltered and huge head even on a careful pour. Head was white with hints of brown<\/p>\n

S – Cherries and Oak with vinegar. Smells like a flanders red<\/p>\n

T – Big vinegar bomb, lots of oak and cherries and a hint of peaches. Has a stale..(oxidized?) cardboard taste at the finish.<\/p>\n

M – Medium carbonation, medium body<\/p>\n

O – I think this beer is past prime. too much cardboard and moldy oak taste.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
