Just installed this, identified a few applications I never use that could safely be deleted
- Skype
- Meetup
- Google Maps
- Amazon Prime
- Outlook
The only nosey application i’m going to keep is Yelp. It’s phoning home after few minutes but I use this on a weekly basis. The others, I have launched once then never again so those were safe to delete. The fact that these applications phoned home 300 times at 10 megabytes within 2 minutes of starting Charles Proxy was amazing. Now I’m seeing about 60K every 2 minutes mostly to Apple.com / iCloud with 4 pings to Yelp.com. I guess I can say that my iOS devices run very light and Google was the biggest offender.
