Thanks PepsiedCan for sending me two of these. 2012 Vintage 500ML.

A – Poured with a slight head that faded very fast. The beer is incredibly bubbly. An SRM of 11, dark purple red appearance with a slight cloudiness.

S – I can smell the Blackberries from 2 feet away. It’s filling the room easily. Wow. Smells very close to the Boon Frambois. I’m getting a huge raspberry scent and a big oakiness with tannins.

T – Wow. Intensely tart right at the start. Raspberry and Blackberries dominate the glass. Perhaps I drink so much Frambois, that I’m confusing the tartness of the blackberries with raspberry. High acidic qualities. Pickle juice and nice citrus notes on the finish.

M – 40% carbonation. Light body. Tartness lingers forever and ever.

O – Exceptional. Worth the price and the wait. This is a fantastic beer…I’d like a little less pickle juice taste but overall, very nice.
